LET´S THINK ABOUT SCHOOL

The following paragraphs will tell you something about your High School.


________State High School has a population of approximately _______students and ______teachers. The school was opened in _______and is _______years old.

Access to school is via buses, cars or on foot. School begins at ________
and finishes at ________ from Monday to Friday. There are classes in the afternoon on __________ from _______ to _________.

Classes are __ minutes long and we’ve got a Break from ______ to _____

Subjects available in our school are English, French, Portuguese, Latin, Greek, Galician, Spanish, History, Geography, Mathematics, Science, Economics, Technology,, Art, Music, Physical Education, Computing, Philosophy, Ethics, Citizenship Education, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc
Subjects are selected by the student with the parents help and the course coordinator.

        Our school has got a ground floor and two floors. Apart from the classrooms, there are  labs, computer rooms, music rooms, gym and sports fields , photocopier room, library, staffroom and toilets,office,lockers,Assembly room, etc.

       This school is / isn’t a uniform school and there are bells for change of classes.

        There is a policy of extracurricular activities which include: radio, theatre, games, school trips, sports, magazine, etc.
         Do you know the names of the management Team:
 The Headmaster(_____________) , Deputy(_____________), Secretary(________) and Vicedirector(____________).There are also other people who work in the school  for example the cleaningladies, doormen,secretaries,and of course, the teachers.
